Neither acoota, its affiliated or related entities, nor the providers, nor any person involved in the creation, production, hosting and/or distribution of this web site, warrant that the functions, features or services contained in this web site will be uninterrupted or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that the server that makes the content available will be free of viruses or other harmful components. the content that you access on this web site is provided solely for your convenience and information only. acoota does not warrant or make any representations regarding the results that may be obtained from the use of this web site, or as to the reliability, accuracy or currency of any content, service, and/or merchandise provided or acquired pursuant to your use of this web site.

The limitation of liability reflects the allocation of risk between the parties. the limitations specified in this section will survive and apply even if any limited remedy specified in these terms is found to have failed of its essential purpose. The limitations of liability provided in these terms inure to the benefit of acoota and the providers, and to all respective officers, directors, employees, representatives, attorneys, and agents.

Dealings With Advertisers

  1. Your correspondence or business dealings with, or participation in promotions of, advertisers found on or through this Web Site or any Linked Sites, including payment for and delivery of related goods or services, and any other terms, conditions, warranties, or representations associated with such dealings, are solely between you and such advertisers. You agree that acoota (and its affiliated or related entities and the Providers) shall neither be responsible nor liable for any loss or damage incurred by you as the result of any such dealings or as the result of the presence of such advertisers on or through this Web Site or the Linked Sites.

  1. This Web Site may contain links to third-party, provider, partner, affiliates Web sites not under acoota control or operation. The links will let you leave this Web Site and be directed to and access the Linked Sites, which you access at your own risk. You acknowledge that acoota provides the Linked Sites for your convenience and information only. acoota does not endorse, nor is it responsible for, any content, information, or other related materials, products or services found at any such linked Sites or any links contained within such Linked Sites, whether or not acoota is affiliated with the owners of such Linked Sites. Except as otherwise specified in these Terms or pursuant to acoota express written consent, you may not establish a hyperlink to this Web Site from your web site or the Linked Sites, or provide any links that state or imply any sponsorship or endorsement of your web site or the Linked Sites by acoota or the Providers.



    1. Any service not specified in the reservation confirmation.
    2. Accommodation services: any extra services are not included such as telephone calls, insurance, laundry service, minibar, parking, etc. which shall be paid directly by the booker.


    1. Special conditions for children are agreed upon with each service provider and are not based on any one criteria; therefore, and given that each hotel/property applies its own special conditions or discounts, we ask that you enquire the hotel/property directly prior to making your reservation.
    2. Accommodation services: Such discounts or special conditions must be understood as applicable only when children share a room with 2 adults.

Third Person In Accommodation Services

    1. Almost all hotels will treat a reservation for a third person as a double room with an extra bed. There are hotels with very few available extra beds, so it is imperative to ensure availability when making your reservation. Failure to do this may result in non-availability of the extra bed at the hotel, with no right to claim any service provision or amount whatsoever from acoota.

No Show in Accommodation Services

    1. Almost all hotels will treat a reservation for a third person as a double room with an extra bed. There are hotels with very few available extra beds, so it is imperative to ensure availability when making your reservation. Failure to do this may result in non-availability of the extra bed at the hotel, with no right to claim any service provision or amount whatsoever from acoota.
    2. No show by the booker at the accommodation establishment without prior warning shall be considered a cancellation.
    3. No reimbursement to the booker shall be made in the event of a ‘no show’ without prior consultation with, and express authorization from, acoota, who shall inform the booker of charges payable, which may range from the cost of one night to 100% of the amount of the reservation.


    1. Unless expressly authorized by acoota the booker shall not be allowed to reduce the reserved period of stay or requested service, nor change the names of the final booker once reservation has been made.
    2. Any such changes shall be deemed to be a cancellation of the reservation.
    3. Modifications to extend the reserved period shall be subject to availability; in the event of an extension, the price shall be modified accordingly.


  1. Generally, cancellations made at least 72 hours before booker’s arrival shall not generate charges. This is notwithstanding the aforementioned period may vary in each particular case and shall be indicated at the time of booking. At the time of confirmation of the reservation the cancellation charges which may ensue shall vary according to destination, dates and accommodation establishment.
  2. If for exceptional reasons the cancellation is not made via the system, it must be sent in writing to acoota detailing the destination and reservation number. acoota shall send an acknowledgement of receipt and inform of all the charges, if any, which may be applicable. The booker shall be responsible for obtaining the confirmation and/or acknowledgement of receipt of the cancellation of the reservation by acoota. Any charges for cancellations made directly by the booker with the accommodation establishment which are charged by the supplier to acoota shall be paid, in turn, by the booker to acoota.
  3. Claims for reimbursement by the booker leaving the accommodation establishment before the reserved departure date (early check-out), must be addressed to acoota within 25 days of the effective date of departure, together with written confirmation from the accommodation establishment of time and date of departure.
  4. For no-shows or early check-outs, the accommodation establishment may charge the full amount of the original reservation, in which case reimbursement to the final consumer shall not apply.
  5. Reservations made via the system may be cancelled by request of either Party with no penalty whatsoever in the event of force majeure, such as, without restriction, war, revolution, acts of terrorism, closure of borders, epidemics, catastrophes which may affect the various destinations and, specifically, the location of the accommodation establishment at destination, as well as the country of origin of the final consumers.
  6. Other services will have different booking / cancellation policies which the booker will be informed of by the relevant destinations (for offline bookings) or when the booker confirms their bookings (for online bookings).


  1. Pre-paid Direct Accommodation bookings with acoota, your credit card will be charged for the full price (sometimes without any option for a refund as it is subjected to respective Accommodation’s booking conditions) upon reservation and confirmation of the booking. Please ensure that the credit card is valid and has sufficient credit while making payment on acoota site. If the credit card cannot be charged while making payment or for whatever reason, the booking will be canceled unless you can ensure that the card payment can be authorized on time.
  2. Please check the reservation details thoroughly for any such conditions prior to making your reservation. acoota will process refunds, if and when applicable, within a reasonable timeframe and respective Accommodation conditions. All pre-paid Direct Accommodations bookings require credit card details in order to guarantee your reservation. As such, we will send your credit card information directly to the Accommodation at which your booking is made and we may verify (i.e. pre-authorize) your credit card as well. We use the “Secure Socket Layer (SSL)” technology to safeguard and encrypt your credit card information when in transit to us and respective confirm reservation accommodation system.
  3. You must be over 18 years old to make any bookings on acoota site (Most of the countries accommodation requirement would be 18 years old and above) and would have full legal capacity to carry out booking transaction. Upon you making a booking, you undertake that the credit or debit card you are using is your own or you are authorized to complete the booking with this card with sufficient funds to cover the cost of the transaction. You accept financial responsibility for all transactions made under your name or account.
  4. You undertake that the details you provide while making a booking are fully legit. Acoota may add or remove other payment methods at its discretion. acoota also reserves the right not to accept certain credit cards. Please view our Privacy Policy for more details.
  5. Our stringent fraud detection and prevention mechanisms are applied for every booking made. Reservations are not confirmed until you have received a confirmation mail with a voucher and it is possible that an Accommodation could become fully booked during the fraud check, in which case the reservation will no longer be available. acoota can never be held liable in such cases.
  6. In some cases, additional information or verifications might be required to validate and confirm the booking. With additional information submitted will be treated in line with strict industry standards to protect privacy, using encryption for transmission and specialized agents for verification. In an event if you decide not to provide the additional information or if we are not satisfied with the information received, the booking will not be completed and fully canceled and any amounts charged (including the verification charge where applicable) will be refunded.
  7. Please contact your bank or card issuer immediately upon becoming aware of such unauthorized use. If you suspect an unauthorized or fraudulent booking was made via acoota, please contact our Customer Service team immediately or email us cs@acoota.com


  1. Throughout the year, some accommodation establishments may change name or trade name, which shall not be construed as a change of hotel or modification of the reservation.
  2. In some countries there is a local tax known as “stay tax” or “tourist tax” (eco-tax) which must be paid directly at the establishment or/and the airport.
  3. The categories of the hotels have been provided by the establishments themselves and in accordance with specific regulations applicable in each country. A hotel in one country, therefore, may not be similar in terms of services and quality to a hotel in another, despite belonging to the same category.
  4. acoota provides the information supplied by the hotel regarding the existence of works of refurbishment or renovation of the establishment, as well as duration thereof. acoota shall not accept claims for works about which it has not been informed or which extend beyond the planned date of conclusion thereof.
